Sprintz Sportswear and  Gear  Ordering Policy

1)  50% of the value of the order must be remitted with the order.  (The order will not be started until the deposit is in.)

2)  Sprintz will warranty all manufacturing defects on items we have manufactured for up to one year from the date of invoice.

3)  Purchasers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for their orders.

4)  Orders will be shipped on a COD basis, unless we have received full payment before the  goods are shipped.

5)  Regular orders will be filled on a  four to six week basis (this does not include shipping time).  You will be advised if there is a problem with fabric availability or other circumstances beyond our control.

6)   Special Orders:-   (these are orders with custom designs or artwork.)

            Rush orders  -  points #1, #2, #3 and #4 will apply

          -  the purchaser will be responsible for any added cost pertaining to their order

7)  Dye lots may change from time to time and we may not be able to perfectly match colors on occasion.
